Adding videos is a great way of increasing popularity of your blog posts. Normally users like to see posts with images and videos more than just text posts. So wordpress provides the option to upload videos to your posts directly though post editor or media library. But uploading all the videos to your site will increase the server space used. In order to prevent that we can upload our videos to popular video servers and embed the videos in our posts.
 
I found a wordpess plugin which lets you embedding your videos very easily using wordpress shortcodes. It supports almost 65 video servers. You can download the plugin HERE
 
Copy the extracted folder to your plugins folder and activate it through wordpress admin panel. Next I’ll show you how to embed videos on most popular sites with this plugin. You just has to copy the Video Embed Shortcode, replace the id with the id of your video and insert into the post editor.

 

 

 
In the downloeded version youtube playlists did not work. So I edited one line in the plugin file to get it to work. Find the following line in the plugin file

define("YTPLAYLIST_TARGET", "");

and replace it with

define("YTPLAYLIST_TARGET", "");
